Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our team at a highly-rated school in Blackpool, UK. The ideal candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification and a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching students with special educational needs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering stimulating and interesting lessons that keep pupils engaged in class work. They will also maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To teach students with special educational needs and develop their skills and knowledge
  • To create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • To maintain accurate records and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians

Requirements:

  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g. QTS or PGCE)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching students with special educational needs
  • A Current DBS (update service) or be happy to apply for one through Veritas Education Recruitment
