Automotive Parts Specialist

We are seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to provide technical support to customers and colleagues of a leading automotive parts supplier. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in aftermarket parts distributors, independent garages or dealer networks.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive parts and be able to provide excellent customer service via telephone and email.
Key responsibilities include handling catalogue and technical queries, administering warranty claims and maintaining databases.
The salary for this position is £30-32k per annum, plus benefits including enhanced pension, healthcare and life assurance.
