We are seeking a Large Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our ASTI onshore team in Scotland. This role involves working on large civil engineering projects that provide critical infrastructure for renewable developments across the region. Projects are located near Inverness-shire and along the Moray coast, requiring you to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, based on your skills and experience. As a Large Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve project delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery, reducing costs and increasing efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
