Job Summary:

Mpeople Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day movement of materials, despatch, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately complete all necessary documentation within set deadlines, and prepare orders for dispatch and other customer-specific requirements.
  • Order Preparation: Complete order preparation between job functions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation, and provide movement information for the accurate recording of material locations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including internal and external call handling, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stock Management: Assist in inputting stock movement sheets and received goods onto the MRP, and provide goods inwards labels for all inbound raw materials.
  • Quality Control: Check product conformity certificates prior to despatch, and apply supply, transport, and other label requirements prior to despatch.
  • Administrative Duties: Carry out other administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in Warehouse/Despatch Administration, with training on company products provided.
  • Skills: High attention to detail, good organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
