Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team as we continue to develop and refine our trucks. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building electrical systems that meet our production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for our trucks, including harnesses and high/low voltage integrations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the overall truck roadmap.
  • Develop and implement processes for effective production and testing.
  • Collaborate with junior engineers to ensure the electrical systems are suitable for production at scale.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.

Requirements

  • Significant experience working on EV electrical architecture systems.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and teams.
  • Ability to design test and release processes.
  • Understanding of agile teams and willingness to adopt this approach.
