* Contribute to proactive telephone/email campaigns to achieve weekly collections
* Refer to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms
* Input data accurately across multiple systems
* Handle ad hoc queries from clients/merchants regarding payments

Requirements:

* Fluency in German and English is essential

Work Arrangements:
