We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join our client’s Oxford audit team. As a senior professional in the field of audit and accounting, you will be responsible for leading complex audits across various sectors.


About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible working hours. You will work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-quality audit assignments within agreed budgets and timelines.



  • Lead a variety of complex audit assignments across multiple sectors
  • Prepare audit files, undertake audit planning, and lead/assist with fieldwork
  • Supervise junior team members on audits, providing support, training, and reviewing their work
  • Ensure audit assignments are completed to a high standard, in time, and within budgets agreed with Directors

Our client is a top 50 accountancy practice that provides expert solutions for entrepreneurial businesses and private individuals in Central and Southern England.


Requirements:



  • ACCA / ACA qualified or almost qualified
  • Minimum of 3 years' UK Audit practice experience, some accounts experience is also a must
  • Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH experience would be an advantage
  • Fully fluent in English with proven communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills, specifically Excel and able to pick up new IT packages very quickly
