Role Overview:
"This is a challenging yet rewarding role as a Dialysis Nurse at Fresenius Medical Care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury. **Key Responsibilities:**
"* Provide direct patient care, including hemodialysis treatments, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring
"* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
"* Implement and evaluate treatment outcomes, making adjustments as necessary
"* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
"* Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
"
**Requirements:**
"* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
"* Previous experience in renal dialysis nursing or a related field
"* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
"* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
"* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
