About the Role:

As a Currency Specialist - Sainsbury's Bank, you will play a key role in our Travel Money business, working closely with colleagues to provide expert advice to customers on travel money products and services. You will work in one of our in-store Travel Money bureaus, handling currency transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on travel money products and services
  • Handle currency transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Previous experience in a retail or finance environment is desirable but not essential
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a discount card, generous holiday entitlement, and pension scheme.
