About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Project Lead to join our team at Pink Giraffe. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in delivering projects end-to-end in budget and on time.

Job Summary

The Senior Retail Project Lead will be responsible for managing multiple fast-paced retail and brand activation projects. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible value for our clients.
  • Produce accurate production quotes for clients using Excel templates.
  • Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety requirements, CDM regulations, and H&S codes of practice.
  • Provide excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating concise project reports and status updates.
  • Travel to visit suppliers and project locations both regionally, nationally, and occasionally overseas.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in the retail design industry, delivering various project types into retail spaces.
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing drawings, processes, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including administration of projects and costs.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Sage Job Cost or similar software.
  • A good command of English language and strong numeracy skills.
  • A driving license is essential due to travel requirements.

What We Offer
