Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Operations Manager to lead our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and report to management in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity on-site.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably with a track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Proven expertise in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • A solid understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites, with a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, drive results-oriented projects, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
