Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced econometric models to support marketing strategies and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder management
  • Lead the development of marketing optimization tools, interactive dashboards, and process automation to enhance our internal econometrics capability
  • Drive marketing efficiency and improvements through optimization and scenario planning
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of our team
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in media agencies, consultancies, or in-house roles with a numerate degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science)
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL, with advanced Excel skills for modeling, data processing, and post-processing analysis
  • Experience leading econometric projects and mentoring junior team members
  • Working understanding of the media planning and buying landscape and how Marketing Mixed Modelling (MMM) can drive effective marketing plans
