Customer Service and Administration Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our client in LE19, South Leicestershire. As a vital part of the Learning Partner Support team, you will provide exceptional customer service, process data, and prepare schedules.
About the Position:
- Deliver outstanding customer service via various communication channels
- Manage high-volume data processing with attention to detail
- Coordinate schedules, update trackers, and maintain in-house systems
- Foster relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners

Terms and Conditions:
This role offers a fixed-term contract of 12 months, with a salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The initial 6 months are office-based, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.
