Curriculum Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Lead to join our team at the Air & Space Institute. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our curriculum portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective curriculum management strategies to enhance the quality and relevance of our programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to curriculum teams to ensure alignment with the college's strategic goals and objectives.
- Conduct analysis and research to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to drive student success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in curriculum development and management, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students.
