Job Description

A challenging opportunity has arisen for a qualified Adult Nurse or Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Respiratory Team in South West Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with complex presentations and multiple co-morbidities.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is committed to promoting effective self-management and providing professional intervention to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions. If you have a passion for respiratory care and a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of patients, we encourage you to apply.

This role requires flexibility to work across South West Essex, with the ability to travel to clinic locations and conduct home visits. The successful candidate will be expected to support all areas of service provision, including COPD Team, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Home Oxygen Service, Respiratory Virtual Ward, and Breathlessness and Diagnostics service.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive induction program, and a supportive working environment.
