About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Safe Deposit Professional to join our team at Selfridges. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled individual to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a secure and discreet environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an extraordinary experience for all customers by providing tailored service that meets their individual needs without compromising laws or policies.
  • Handle safe deposit box visits, open new Safe Deposit Box contracts, and maintain existing contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage customer payments, including invoices, cash/cheque/card payments, and resolve contract queries in a timely manner.
  • Exceed service goals by minimizing customer wait times and accurately serving our customers.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
