Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer with Candy Hoover Group S.r.l., you will be responsible for visiting customers in their homes across Horsham and the surrounding areas to fix any appliance issues. You will manage your time effectively, keeping customers and colleagues updated on your progress and ensuring stock levels in your van are maintained.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with strong technical and customer service skills. Our City and Guilds-assured in-house training and support will help you develop the skills needed to deliver excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair appliance issues
  • Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Keep customers and colleagues updated on progress
  • Maintain stock levels in your van
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent service

  • Competitive starting salary of £32,650 per annum (rising to £37,304 with experience)
  • Bonus potential of up to £2,500 per annum
