About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our team at our Cheltenham concession store with NEXT. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional customer experience and driving sales through product knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a magical experience in-store
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
