We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team at our Outstanding Primary School in Westminster. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs, ensuring a personalized approach to learning.
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students with SEN, adapting your teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive learning environment, promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure students receive the support they require.
- Provide guidance and support to Teachers and other staff working with SEN students, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared expertise.
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about student progress and needs, ensuring a seamless partnership between home and school.
- Stay informed about current best practices and developments in special education, applying your knowledge to enhance student outcomes.
