Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Technology and Digital department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert data analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Insights
    • Develop and maintain complex data models to support business decision-making

    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
    • Communicate data insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner

Requirements
  • Education
    • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related analytical or technical field
  • Skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
    • Strong data modeling and analysis skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Aptitude to grasp new concepts and rapidly produce results
  • Experience
    • Experience designing and delivering technology and digital solutions to solve business problems
    • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
Desirable Qualifications
  • Cloud technology qualifications (AWS/Azure preferably)
  • Low-Code technology experience (e.g. Microsoft PowerApps)
  • Project Management Qualification (Prince2, APM, Agile, Scrum etc)
  • An understanding of the Defence supply chain and/or Defence Digital infrastructure and constraints
  • Coding or software development experience
