About the Role
">This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is available in Stoke on Trent, with our Client supplying bespoke joinery to various sectors. As an experienced QS, you will identify costs and manage budgets for multiple Joinery Based Construction schemes.

- Preparation of monthly financial reviews;">
Requirements
">The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience in a similar role, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will be comfortable working on-site and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
">Salary Details
">The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
