This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruitment professional to join our team as an Education Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our education recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing teaching and learning support professionals in schools across the West of England.

Our client is a leading agency in the field of education recruitment, and we are looking for someone with a proven track record of business development and candidate placement. If you have a passion for education and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and place teaching and learning support professionals in schools across the West of England
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and candidates
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base
  • Work closely with our candidate resourcing specialists and compliance team to ensure a high-quality pipeline of candidates
  • Meet and exceed weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment or teaching
  • Strong business development and candidate placement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
