We're seeking a Front of House Team Member to bring their passion for outstanding customer service to our team at The Bridgewater Arms Whitbread Inn in Shrewsbury.

About the Role:

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our restaurant, welcoming guests and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality presentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Contract Details:

This is a fixed-term contract of 6 weeks, with a guaranteed 10 hours per week across 3 days. Shifts will mainly be across evenings and weekends, allowing you to plan your week around your commitments.
