We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting our chefs in preparing for each service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a pristine and organized kitchen environment for your team throughout service.
- Distribute and organize clean equipment to assigned shelving.
- Responsible for the correct use of cleaning agents and other chemicals.
- Support with deliveries and maintain a well-organized storeroom.
- Assist chefs in preparing for each service as needed.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Excellent team player qualities.
- Knowledge of health and safety, and food hygiene practices (training provided).
