About the Role
The Ecommerce Optimization Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by enhancing the customer experience and increasing revenue through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize the website's customer journey to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a data-driven ecommerce development and CRO optimization roadmap.
- Manage the website through Shopify, update products, content, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with the Brand Manager to maintain a data-driven trading and campaign calendar.
Requirements
- Proven ecommerce experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem and web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar).
- Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key trends and insights.
- Solid understanding of UX principles and SEO best practices.
