At Tessenderlo Group, we are seeking an experienced H&S Adviser to support our development and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our H&S processes and coordinating our staff to achieve excellent H&S decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing H&S policies and procedures
  • Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Coordinating internal audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on H&S best practices
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement H&S strategies

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced H&S professional who is passionate about safety and wellbeing. If you have a strong background in H&S and a proven track record of success, we encourage you to apply.

The salary for this role is £35k to £38k per annum, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement with the opportunity to work from home. Our Longtown office is currently undergoing a refurbishment, and you will be based there with occasional visits to our sites across the UK.

Qualifications include:

  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent
  • Experience in the civils, construction, manufacturing, or merchant industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
