Job Title: Principal Scientist - Environmental Fate Expert

VRS-UK is seeking an accomplished Senior/Principal Scientist to join their growing Environmental Fate department. This role requires a subject matter expert within the Environmental Fate field, representing the company through external collaborations, conferences, and expert working groups. You will provide oversight and study management expertise for complex or bespoke projects with a focus on higher tier simulation studies, while expanding and supporting external partnerships. Additionally, you will mentor and coach a talented team of Study Directors, support the business development team from a technical perspective, and encourage new service activities across the department.

**Key Qualifications:**
* BSc/MSc/PhD in Chemistry/Environmental Sciences or closely related
* At least 10 years' experience within the E-Fate industry, ideally within a CRO environment
* Previous experience as a GLP Study Director
