We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director to join our network of five GP clinics in the Birmingham area. This is a full-time position with a 4-day week, requiring clinical contributions from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, with no weekend or out-of-hours duties.

The Role

This role will be clinically based at one site but involve a multi-site position across the five clinics. As Clinical Director, you'll maintain high standards, ensuring the clinics meet industry regulations and provide top-notch care to their animal patients. You'll also promote continuous professional development for the clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a veterinarian, preferably in a small animal practice
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and promoting best practice
