As an Early Years Practitioner at our preparatory school, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and grow. **Job Description:**

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and innovations in early years education.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • EYTS (Early Years Teacher Status) or relevant teaching qualification (desirable).
  • Proven experience working with early years children, demonstrating your ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

**Estimated Salary:** £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
