Job Title: Clinical Assessor - Healthcare Professional

Merco Recruitment is seeking a skilled Clinical Assessor to join our team. As a Clinical Assessor, you will conduct health assessments and write reports on behalf of the DWP. This is a hybrid role, with occasional visits required to our local assessment centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct independent health assessments on the impact of claimants' physical and mental health conditions.
  • Use your critical reasoning skills and clinical experience to ensure a positive, dignified, and professional assessment process.
  • Draw upon your clinical expertise to write comprehensive reports for the DWP.
Requirements:
  • At least one year's post-registration work experience working with people aged 16 to 64.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent user of IT.
