As a leading provider of high-quality care homes, we are seeking an experienced Head of Kitchen Operations to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and implement nutritious, flavoursome, and well-balanced menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing kitchen teams, with a focus on delivering hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long hours. They will be responsible for menu development, working with fresh produce, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to resident's dietary needs and preferences
  • Manage the performance of the kitchen team, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced chef who has:

A strong background in menu development and kitchen managementExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with modified diets and nutrition principlesWhat We Offer
