Regional Painter

We are seeking a skilled Regional Painter & Decorator to join our team at HC-One. As a Regional Painter & Decorator, you will be responsible for painting and decorating duties to present our care homes to the highest standards.

• Undertake painting and decorating duties in all parts of the care home as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment to meet the needs of residents and colleagues.
• Be responsive and flexible as the needs of the homes change.
• Report immediately to the Home Manager or Person in Charge any illness of an infectious nature or accident incurred by a resident, colleague, self, or another.
• Understand and ensure the implementation of the care home's health and safety policy and emergency and fire procedures.
• Complete mandatory and specialist training related to your role, on or off site, as and when required to maintain, update professional knowledge and competence.
• Recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.

• Hourly rate subject to experience and qualifications.
