Opportunity Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our Human Factors Team, you will be responsible for developing innovative designs for operator-focused systems.

In this role, you will work closely with our design team to create human-centred solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will also contribute to nationally significant defence projects with opportunities for career progression.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualified in Human Factors/Ergonomics or a related discipline (e.g., Psychology, Industrial Design), OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working on complex engineering projects (beneficial).

Relocation Support: Subject to eligibility. The salary range is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
