Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Learning Support

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with the management of pupil behavior and provide individual support as needed
  • Help to prepare and deliver lessons, and assist with marking and feedback
  • Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and safety of students

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student success
  • Right to work in the UK and a DBS check
