We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bar and Events Staff member. As a key part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars at various events across the UK.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, working on some of the most iconic events in the UK. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a unique and challenging environment, working with a range of people from different backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist with food service as required, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Understand and adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous.
  • A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting (advantageous).
  • A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

Language Requirements:

No specific language requirements, but fluency in English is preferred.
