Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accommodation Office Team Leader to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to lead our Accommodation Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a multi-disciplinary team of Planning Technicians to deliver an efficient and high-quality service across a wide range of service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Planning Technicians to ensure the delivery of an efficient and high-quality service.
  • Ensure that all planning applications are validated, registered, and processed in accordance with legal requirements and legislation.
  • Act as the site systems administrator and work with other systems administrators to develop and manage the relevant planning software system.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of the service.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve a better quality of service to the public.
Requirements
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics or equivalent experience.
  • Business Administration/IT Level 3 Qualification (desirable).
  • Knowledge of planning legislation and IT packages, including Microsoft Office and planning software.
Desirable Skills
  • Thorough knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, planning software, document management systems, public facing planning solutions, Sharepoint, and GIS.
  • Knowledge of Access/Crystal Reporting and Database Administration.
