Outreach Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Tutor to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This role involves providing one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEND) or those who have been disengaged from education. Based in Bromley, you will work closely with local councils and SEND teams throughout the UK, offering educational support to individuals outside mainstream education.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized teaching sessions to meet the specific needs of each student.
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers through regular updates and progress reports.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop effective individualized learning plans.
What We Offer:
As an Outreach Tutor at Prospero Teaching, you can expect a competitive salary of £25-30 per hour, depending on your experience. You will also receive a comprehensive induction program and ongoing support to help you excel in this rewarding role. To be eligible, candidates must hold a QTS qualification, have experience working with SEND students, and hold the right to work in the UK. An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate is also required.
