Facilities Coordinator Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled part-time Facilities Coordinator to work in our Devizes and Frome locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Workspace and Facilities Managers in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for employees.Key Tasks:
  1. Act as main point of contact for colleagues and customers
  2. Provide daily support to the team
  3. Manage contractors and ensure they meet necessary standards
  4. Coordinate key policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  5. Maintain soft-service contracts and ensure efficient workspace management
  6. Monitor and allocate requests
  7. Produce monthly reports to track progress
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in facilities/property/building maintenance
  • Strong administrative skills, including liaising with various stakeholders
  • Methodical approach and excellent communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexible and able to work varying shifts
  • Full clean driving licence

This role requires 30 hours of work per week, spread across Monday to Friday, with flexibility in working hours such as 8am - 2pm or 9am - 3pm. It offers a great chance to join a company that values its employees, with potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
