Nursing and Care Assistant Leader

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team in a Night shift position. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
With a strong understanding of clinical care principles and a passion for delivering exceptional care, you will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to person-centred care and individualised support. You will have a strong team spirit, able to supervise a team of Care Assistants and provide guidance and support when needed.
The successful candidate will have a NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably with the elderly. A warm and compassionate approach is essential, as you will be working with vulnerable individuals who rely on your care and support.
Salary and Benefits
