Thrive Group requires an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality processes at their facility near Shepton Mallet.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a quality training program to foster GMP awareness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct rigorous site inspections and audits, working closely with the site's operational teams to elevate GMP standards.
  • Investigate complaints and near misses, develop corresponding corrective actions, and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant site quality systems and documentation.
  • Hold a food science/technology-related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess HACCP level 3 certification.
Working Hours and Remuneration
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday.
  • Annual salary: £50,000, including a performance-based bonus and attractive benefits package.
