Role Overview
The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, prioritizing daily tasks to deliver on customer service and financial targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer relationships to maximize cash collection
- Working with the accounts payable team to maintain accurate customer ledgers and resolve account queries
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer success and negotiate payment
- Forecasting cash collections and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing and implementing strategies to recover debts
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated history of meeting targets consistently
- Effective debt management skills to timely resolution
- Experience of working in a busy office environment and meeting tight deadlines
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to use Lookup & Pivots to execute reconciliation tasks

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £24,500.00 per year.
