Role Overview

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, prioritizing daily tasks to deliver on customer service and financial targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer relationships to maximize cash collection
  • Working with the accounts payable team to maintain accurate customer ledgers and resolve account queries
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer success and negotiate payment
  • Forecasting cash collections and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Developing and implementing strategies to recover debts

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated history of meeting targets consistently
  • Effective debt management skills to timely resolution
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment and meeting tight deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to use Lookup & Pivots to execute reconciliation tasks

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £24,500.00 per year.
