You will be responsible for managing a significant caseload, providing guidance and representation to members in Employment Tribunal proceedings, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.

We require someone with expert knowledge of employment law, a strong ability to communicate complex information effectively, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to RCN members in Employment Tribunal proceedings
  • Manage a large and varied caseload with supervision and direction from senior staff
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with RCN members and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and policies within the department
Requirements
  • Qualified Barrister, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Expert knowledge of employment law
  • Relevant post-graduate qualification experience in employment law
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

The salary for this role is £26.65 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to offering competitive compensation packages.
