As an Operations Supervisor at FedEx, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of handlers to ensure the effective performance of the shift in line with Hubs targets and KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high levels of internal and external customer care are maintained by the shift
  • Producing relevant reports as required by the depot
  • Effectively communicating to all team members via hub briefing etc
  • Ensuring all HASAWA Legislation/Security Procedures are adhered to and that good housekeeping is maintained
  • Managing, training and developing your team for continuous improvement or succession through coaching, delegation and feedback
  • Adhering and gatekeeping FedEx's policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent people management, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative.
