About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced IT Technical Officers to join our IT Team at NHS Western Isles. As an IT Technical Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of outstanding healthcare services to our patients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support and services to users across NHS Western Isles
  • Ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning correctly
  • Provide advice and training to users on the use of computer systems and software
  • Work closely with other teams to deliver outstanding results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including experience with desktop and mobile computer systems, software, and peripherals.

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
