Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Commercial team as a Projects and Commercial Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in projects and commercial law, with experience in advising on major commercial contracts and project agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on major projects, including drafting and negotiating high-value commercial contracts.
  • Take a lead on the team's ambition to do more in the market for direct let student accommodation.
  • Liaise with other specialists in the firm to ensure a seamless service.
  • Undertake and coordinate project management.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and marketing events.
  • Mentor and supervise junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years PQE with a background in projects and commercial law.
  • Relevant commercial and projects experience, including experience of advising on major commercial contracts.
  • Strong drafting skills and knowledge of public procurement processes.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish a rapport with colleagues, clients, and multipliers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
