Metric Bio, a pioneering research company, is partnering with a reputable European Drug Discovery Contract Research Organization (CRO) to find a highly skilled Vice President of Business Development based in the UK. This individual will lead commercial efforts across Europe, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing significantly to the company's revenue from both biotechnology and large pharmaceutical companies. With opportunities for career advancement, this role may evolve into a sales leadership position, contingent upon performance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of success in sales, capable of generating $MM revenues, with a strong network of contacts across Europe and Western markets.
- An enterprising mindset, proactive approach, and enthusiasm to drive results and make an immediate impact within the organization.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, growing territories across European markets in the preclinical CRO/drug discovery space.
