About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working with customers to provide expert consultancy sessions, upskilling users, and enhancing their use of Dynamics 365 applications. You will identify and define configuration and change requirements to ensure customers maximise their benefits from the provided solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Training: Deliver clear training to clients using provided materials.
  • Risk Identification: Identify risks and barriers during training sessions, escalating as necessary.
  • Project Tasks: Conduct essential tasks like GAP analysis, product handovers, and milestone sign-offs.
  • Solution Configuration: Configure and customise D365 Customer engagement solutions in line with customer requirements.
  • Testing and UAT Support: Provide application testing and UAT support.
  • Client Software Concerns: Handle client software concerns, feeding back to project management when standard applications don't meet client processes.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Travel Requirements: Travel to client sites across the UK as needed.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Contribute feedback to improve company practices and enhance customer experience.

Person Specification

  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE 'first-party' applications and Power Platform as an implementation consultant.
  • Microsoft Partner Experience: Microsoft Partner experience desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) systems and Power Platform.
  • Implementation Expertise: Experience in design, documentation, installation, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
  • Time Management: Ability to work under strict deadlines with outstanding time management.
