Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

We're seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team at Phoenix Learning & Care Group. In this role, you'll be responsible for teaching students with special educational needs, using innovative approaches and techniques to help them reach their full potential.

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced teaching staff to develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student. With a focus on patience, compassion, and resilience, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach students with special educational needs, using innovative approaches and techniques
  • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of services and support
  • Provide regular feedback and guidance to students and parents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with students with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
