Ontic is a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries.

We're now recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Internal Recruitment team where you'll support us in our mission to attract the best talent, and help shape the future of Ontic.

About You

As a highly skilled recruiter with a proven track record of filling positions across both Engineering and Commercial functions, you'll be comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.

With well-developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, you'll work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement innovative strategies to source high-quality candidates through various channels.

Your Role

You'll create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through to on-boarding.

By partnering with hiring managers throughout the whole recruitment cycle, you'll provide strategic guidance on best recruitment practices and market trends, supporting with application screening, interviews and offer management.

Salary

$70,000 - $90,000 per annum based on experience

This role will be based at either our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham or Staverton, Gloucester site but you'll need to be able to travel between them on a regular basis.
