An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dedicated MDT Coordinator & Breast Data Manager to join our team at St Bartholomew Hospital.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of cancer patient pathways, ensuring timely treatment in line with national and local targets.
The post holder will establish key working relationships with administrative and clinical teams, including nursing and medical staff, allied health professionals, and support workers.
Key responsibilities include providing waiting times and cancer outcomes data, monitoring, and data collection, as well as preparing and facilitating weekly MDT meetings.
Main Duties
The post holder will provide dedicated administrative support to the Breast Surgery Unit & Endocrinology MDT, ensuring high-quality care for patients with cancer.
They will be responsible for ensuring the MDT runs smoothly and to time, managing patient pathways, and expediting appointments/visits to prevent delays.
